I was cleaning off my craft tables and putting away newly purchased items. I did kept my 2/27/10 Michaels receipt to go over it later, because I was in a hurry at that time and then I never got around to looking at it until now. Well, it was wrong and they charged me twice for a pair of Martha Stewart scissors and I only bought one pair. Can you guess the kind I bought ......lol This has happened to me a lot at Wal-Mart, but never at Michaels! ... What you want to do is click on the return to design button and then click on the cut button, click the cut button again then click OK. Do not hit the unload button until you're finished cutting the second cut. My blade setting is 6, Pressure Max and Speed is Medium. Sometimes even the highest setting won't cut all ...
