how about a swap for an altered item. Whatever it is you like to alter make one for each person signed up.

Sounds like a great swap! Are you thinking altered scrapbooking related items for pages? Would you like any requirement?

You can do for a scrapbook page but not a requirement. I love to alter and not just for my books. So I was thinking they could pretty much choose whatever as long as it isn't big and to bulky for mailing (don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg for postage LOL)

I have seen journaling books, paint cans, paper clips, puzzle pieces and more altered.
