4" Circle Swap Request
Based on how popular our 4" squares were, I'm hoping this one will be a go and will fill fast!
Here's my rough guidelines. I've cut down the # to 3 per person, given more than 3 months for the deadline and added a group.
BTW, If the color group is a go, I pick my favorite color - red. I'll also take a spot in each of the other two groups as well.
4” Circle Swap
Due Date: March 15, 2010
Make your 4" circles (3 per swapper) out of textured cardstock. You can have chipboard on the bottom layer below the cardstock if you prefer.
You can layer other papers (cardstock or patterned) on top of the cardstock, enhance with a stamped image, add a die cut, a quote, definition or anything else you’d like to use to enhance your circles.
Each finished circle should have at least a total of three embellishments. Embellishments can be hard or soft, wet or dry, embossed, inked, colored, sewn or paper pieced.
Circles should be 4" or as close to 4" as possible. The edges can be: zigzag, wave, scallop, deckled or even straight, but no larger than 4 1/8".
All your circles can be different or the same, but if signing up for another spot in the same group please make them different than your first spot.
Each group size is 10 swappers. Remember 3 circles per swapper and you can use what you have, no need to buy anything!
Group 1: Your Choice AKA Anything Goes
Group 2: Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall (no need to pick a season at sign up, you can have each of your circles relate to a different season, or you can pick a season and all your circles can be different but relate to that one season - it's your call)
Group 3: Colors of the Rainbow – everyone picks a color at sign up and all their circles must be made in that color, but you can use different textured papers, different patterned papers or different shades of that color for each circle.

Re: 4" Circle Swap Request
Sounds like fun - I am really, really bad with circles though
Things with circles tend to be way beyond my comfort zone (silly, I know)
However, it does sound like a fun challenge. I would like to sign up for group 1 - anything goes.
