Nope, that happened 1 1/2 years ago......I can't believe it's been that long already!

Although we'll be moving, it'll be maybe 3 years from August! My youngest son will be in collage for a full year then and that should be enough time for him to adjust. I'm so excited! Many years of buggy dh about moving to FL, dh didn't want anything to do with that! I stopped bugging him about it and then I talked myself out of it and finally he's come around! He told me on our drive home from Florida!!! I can't wait!

No way, done with that....lol We'll just wait a few years, when the boys are married and giving us grandbabies! Spoil their kids and then give them back....lol!

Sure if we get a huge house, I'll host a retreat! Just so you know......we don't want a huge house! It'll be just me, dh and the occasionally guest. I was thinking of two bedrooms, an office and two full bathrooms. I did some house searching already.........it's so much fun looking for a house! Not sure what part of Jacksonville we want to live in, but lots of time to decide on that....lol

Between now and the move, hopefully dh wont change his mind! I figured if I tell enough people, then he can't change his mind....lol Just this evening he said it would be more like 5 years!!! Nope he said three years, so three years it is....lol

I'm already planning all the little things that needs to be fixed and when to do them! I'm so ready to move to Florida!

My aunt/mom is so excited, I made her day when I said we'll be moving there, if dh gets a job! The move has to come with a Mayo Clinic job, but dh is pretty sure he'll be able to get a position there.

Nice house, probably not a misprint, probably a foreclosure. There are lots of houses going for cheap cheap cheap in FL. Get one while the prices are so low lol

Gotta admit - probably enough room to scrap for all of us

But, really - do you want to clean the whole thing? My grandmother's house has 5 bathrooms and I remembered hating pulling that job (no scrub brushes - yes, I do know how to clean a toilet very, very well but YUCK - and that house has 8-9 ).

Beautiful home, but more than I would want to clean

No kidding, no fun! That's one of the reasons I want to find a small place, dh and I really don't need that much room.

Still having fun looking! Dh can't believe I'm already looking.....lol

If you can afford that kind of house, you can afford someone to clean the 9 bathrooms. I like the small one. I could be happy there. How's the neighborhood?

I did another search on this one and it's 214,000.00. I also did a search on the neighborhood and it looks beautiful! I wouldn't mind having a place like this one, but I still think it's to big for dh and me.
