They have all the papers I'll need for the My Little Shoebox swaps.

Not me, but I'm tempted. I got some of my paper on Ebay and some at Stop and Scrap, but they've recently moved and there's been delay after delay on shipping. I have half a mind to cancel with S&S and go with Scrapcastle.

Sorry to hear about the delays!

I did end up placing my order at Scrap Castle, so I'll post how everything went.

If I don't get a shipping notice from S&S by Monday. I'll cancel.

Unfortunately I agree - the delays are getting old. After figuring my last order with them, I tried again - not real impressed right now. I will watch to see how Scrap Castle goes

Wow, that was quick! I contacted S&S today and told them to cancel my order. I am so PO'd with them right now. I placed my order on 4/20, when they said it would take 5-7 days. That was bad enough. But here it is 5/3 and still nothing. The more I thought about it, the more po'd I got. Other scrap companies have moved warehouses (RMH, ACOT) and we never faced these delays. My other concern is if things are so disorganized, who's to say they won't come back and say they're out of stuff I'm depending on for my swaps. Life's too short.

When we place and order it seems like companies would want to try harder to get things right, because if we're unhappy with our shopping experiences we can always find other places to shop.

Yesterday, I just placed an order at ACOT and the shipping option I went with said 6-10 days! Come on what's up with that, are they driving it to me personally....lol I didn't need those items right away, so I did placed my order.

I'm fine with waiting as long as I know that at the time I place my order.

I hope you're able to find what you need!

I know what you mean. With this economy, I think companies need to show their appreciation a bit more -- not only with discounts (which are nice but not the most important) but with good CS.

Ditto on the good CS - had someone question where I shop the other day - I know they are a bit more expensive ($ .50-$ .20) on a lot of items, but their CS has been great! Yes, I will pay a premium. I can call them up, list what I need and they will have it all ready for ds to pick up when he is in town. No other scrapbook store has been willing to do this for me (unless I order a lot - they will do with only 2 items!).

Well I ordered from Scrap Castle on Monday, I received my shipping notice the same day and I received my pkg yesterday (Thursday). They shipped priority mail (I joined their club for the discounts and low shipping) for $4 and my pkg cost almost $9 to mail. Everything in my pkg was accurate. No gift (like ACOT) or candy (like Frugalities) but I'm very pleased. BTW, when I placed my order they did have most of the My Little Shoebox Swap paper and embellishments in stock. HTH

My order arrived yesterday! I also joined the club Smile Papers arrived save - it was raining hard, but the box protected. My only thing - papers were not all wrapped in plastic (or completely in a bag). Great prices, but if ds hadn't seen the box when he did, papers would have been wet.

Also - I did order a kit on clearance - great papers, however, advertised as the papers, rub-on and coordinating cardstock. Disappointing part - the coordinating cardstock was a single piece - matches great, but only 5x7 Shocked Oh well - everything was in place and I do like the papers Smile Now to match the My Little Shoebox with my bazzill swatches Smile
