HOSTING REQUIREMENTS

ScrapbookingFun.biz will be open for our members to host swaps, however, there may be risks. ScrapbookingFun.biz(Owners/Admin) will not be responsible for any hostess or member not fulfilling their obligations.

If there is ever a problem we will try our best to resolve the problem. Any hostess or member not fulfilling their obligations may be banned from ScrapbookingFun.biz. Any problems (not related to mailing dates) should be emailed to Admin and kept private.

Never post problems on the ScrapbookingFun.biz, if you post problems for other to see you'll immediately be banned from ScrapbookingFun.biz. We will not tolerate any drama/negative comments. All decisions made regarding banishment from the site are at the sole discretion of owner(s) of this site.

If you're considering being a hostess you must follow all ScrapbookingFun.biz rules/guidelines. These will be sent to you via email. Once you sign up as a hostess, providing your phone number to admin would be helpful, though not required.

1 - Read all Rules/Guidelines
2 - * You must be an "active" member (more than 500 posts) or invited by Admin to hostess
3 - Complete at leaste 3 swaps on ScrapbookingFun.biz, they must be received by the hostess before the listed due date and completed correctly.
After completing 1, 2 & 3 email or PM Admin that you would like to be a hostess and they will contact you with guidelines. After agreeing to these guidelines, you will be welcomed as a hostess.


A few guidelines:

Hostess "weekly" requirements:
- Please try to post at least 3 New Topics each week.
- Reply to members posts (you are not required to reply to all post), when you have time.
- Post scrapbooking related links/deals/tutorials, but remember no other swap sites/links are allowed to be posted on www.ScrapbookingFun.biz.

Hostesses:
- It is wonderful if you maintain a blog and post completed swaps there. This is OPTIONAL, but often fun.
- Offer at least three swaps per year. When first starting, a max of two open swaps will be allowed, but after completion of those, you can move to three, then on up. If you are unable to fulfill swap responsibilities at any time, you are expected to contact admin so we can remedy the situation as necessary.
- It would be wonderful if you would Teach a class at least once a year. It is optional, but often very fun and gives members a chance to get to know you.
- Offer at least one RAK, value at 1.00 - 3.00. This is a once a year obligation. Usually it will occur with games the first part of October. If you miss that time period, you may always offer something with a swap (maybe for first in, or just do a random drawing).

* Active member: is when you post new topics/replies, participate in events and swaps. Posts must be approximately weekly to be considered active.*
