Cecily that is so cute! Did you run it through an embossing machine or just rub on the folder?

Well, that particular image is from a trip to Wendell August Foundry. the kids get sheets of very thik foil that they can hammer on a variety of different forms, The extra that I trimmed off the edges I played with. You can just put it in the folder and rub. I think if you used the extra heavy duty foil, and were carful not to crincle it , you could do some really cool things with the embossing folders. (I only have two, and no machine Crying or Very sad ) C'mon ladies-let's see what you can do!

I made this card for my husband, I've been trying to have coffee with him for the last couple of days, but he's been really busy at work and couldn't. I'm not sure when I'll give it to him, but he'll get a laugh from it Smile

That card is so cute! Is the background foil? If so what did you use to stamp on it?

Lucinda here is how it came

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

It has 300 sheets of AC heavy weight textured solid core cardstock. They come in five inner packs- Primaries, pastels, brights, earth tones and neutrals. I got them about 2 years ago. My ACM got them in and they were 100.00! I kept watching for them to get marked down. Even with a coupon they were too pricey for me. They finally marked them down to 50.00 , but I waited. Then one day they had a sale where you took an additional 50 percent off clearance. So I got it for 25.00 (bought 2) . Glad I did as my ACM no longer carries the American Crafts. I just condensed what I had left so I could do this challenge.
