For this month, our special guest hostess will be Helen! She has some real challengers for us this month!

All prizes will be from her for April and set up similar to how we have done the other Challenge prizes.

So - on with the challenges!

This month is going to be pretty easy and it’s all about scrapbooking! I really need to start adding photo’s to the pages I make, so this is what I came up with! Don’t forget to post your finished pictures by the due dates! Also if you prefer not to show your photo’s that you’re using on your pages, you can may cover those photo’s with a piece of paper.

With April having a Holiday weekend and also with Spring Break going on, you may have an extended time frame for challenges 1-6 and they will be due by 4/23/12 = (by 4/24/12 noon). How exciting is that...lol!!!

NOTE: Your pages may be newly created or if you have previously made pages, but did not add photo’s yet, you may use those pages if they qualify for a challenge. Example: I made a page that has three spots for photo’s, so I would use that page for challenge #3. I also have a page I previously made that has a spot for 1 photo, so I could use that page for challenge #1.

Ok, here are the first 7 challenges and below I also added a bonus, so lets see who needs to actually do some scrapbooking and add photo’s to pages!!! Good luck!!


1: Add only one photo to your one finished scrapbook page. Due date: 4/02/12(extended)

2: Add only two photo to your one finished scrapbook page. Due date: 4/06/12(extended)

3: Add only three photo to your one finished scrapbook page. Due date: 4/09/12(extended)

4: Add only four photo to your one finished scrapbook page. Due date: 4/13/12(extended)

5: Add only five photo to your one or two finished scrapbook pages. Due date: 4/16/12(extended)

6: Add only six photo to your one or two finished scrapbook pages. Due date: 4/20/12(extended)

7: Add only seven photo to your one or two finished scrapbook pages. Due date: 4/23/12

Bonus after “ALL” of the above seven challenges are completed by the allowed and extended due dates/times, you may participate in the below bonus challenge.

BONUS: Use an additional 28 photo’s in however many pages you want to complete and they must be completed by 4/29/12 midnight CST and yes you still get the additional time to post, noon the next day. Also you may start this ahead of time......but they will not count until you complete the first seven challenges on time!

For easy tracking on the Bonus portion, please title your post as Bonus picture 1, Bonus pictures 2-6, Bonus pictures 7-14 and so on.

All members may participate, including Admin, monitors and hostess. Only one winner will be randomly selected by me for the Bonus section. Shipping of the prize is free to USA shipping address, if you don’t have a USA shipping address you must pay the shipping costs.

Prize: Cricut Rewards item/items up to 1000 points! When claiming your prize item/items and there are point remaining they can not be transferred and those remaining point will be forfeited.

I’m still a Cricut Circle member, so if you’ve been wanting a Cricut Circle cartridge(they’re 1000 points) and at the time of you winning I can tell you which Cricut Circle cartridges are available.

I want to make sure I understand these challenges.
Basically challenge one is using 1 photo - challenge two is using 2 photos. - and so on?

Also all challenges have untill. 4-23 to be completed. - can they be posted at any date before then?
Like can I post challenge 5 any time -or do I have to wait till 4-16 to post?

I think you are right Will let Helen answer for sure, but I believe that is what she intended

I think challenges 5,6 and 7 can be 2 page LOs.

- Yes that's right....challenge #1 you are to use one photo on one page. Challenge #2 you are to use two photo's on one page.

- April is a busy month for most of us, so go ahead and post challenge 1-6 anytime you can, before 4/23/12 = (by 4/24/12 noon) and please title your posts by which challenge number they are.

Jeri your pages are fantastic!!! My favorite is challenge#6, I just love how you have them arranged....you're pretty good at taking pictures!

BONUS PRIZE UPDATE: For the Bonus prize winner, you can choose between the 1000 rewards points or a Cricut Mini machine! The machine was an HSN Outlet return and I don’t think it was even used! The box contains one machine(tested by me and it worked), all cords, a blade and blade housing unit and a new mat!

I did 4.5 of the challenges last night! So far I've used pages that I had on hand and it went quicker then I thought it would! I'll post my finished challenges as soon as I can find the camera cord, I think I left it in my husbands bag, the one he takes to work with him

Yes, I use the icon of the floppy disk above(when typing a message), it's the host an image button.

I think I have it- seems to have some extra words around the photos, but I am not sure why. I will get the hang of it though.

usually the extra's are from clicking something more than once. Looks great!

I have three pages finished for the Bonus area, they're posted on my blog! I made them for a Cricut Circle challenge, but I also used photo's so I could use them for this Bonus challenge....otherwise I probably wouldn't have added photo's! Yep, I'm bad at adding photo's....lol!

Challenge 2: This one is a 12x12 page I created a while ago and I'm now adding photo’s. The swap items I used was a photo mat, that I cut in half.
