A scrapping I will go!
Just realized that the 14 page custom mini I made as a gift - is the wrong size
(1" too narrow)
I thought I measured twice - not twice enough!
Oh well - I do like the colors
Back to the drawing board

Re: A scrapping I will go!
It needs to be an exact size?

Re: A scrapping I will go!
well, yeah
It is a gift for my mother. She will never use it if she has to cut her pictures down to size. Just a brain brrpt on my part for not thinking that far.
She tried scrapping once. Did a beautiful job, then boxed up everything, handed it to me, and said, "here, enjoy yourself, if I need something, I will ask you
"
She has a lot of artistic ability, but definitely did not enjoy scrapping. She loves mini-albums, but only if she can put the pictures in directly. Especially lumpy/bumpy type ones (she showed me one she paid about $60 for in FL - boy I need to sell stuff)
On the plus side - I received a bunch of supplies to use. Same thing happened when she tried card making. After heat embossing, I received my first stamps, embossing gun, powders, stencils, inks, etc.. I love it, just not her thing.
She is one of those ladies it is fun to make for or sell to (if you are a vendor). She also has the ability to find really cool scrappy things that I like!

Re: A scrapping I will go!
New idea - I am soo ready for a blizzard (well, not really) so I can stay home. Filled car with gas yesterday - 1/2 a tank later (no, it is not a gas guzzler) I don't want to go out today.
Yes, I will - Live Nativity this afternoon, so I will be there.
Anyway - WOW - just looked outside - it snowed last night - hmm, I need to pay better attention
.
Ok - point of this posting - I am going to the the Laura Dennison Honeycomb album for my mom this time. It is designed to hold 4x6 photos and looks like something she will enjoy. I have to alter the size (width) a bit, but after spending a few hours watching the video's, it looks like it will go together fairly easy.
Off to scrap
I hope

I thought so too, but I have a feeling that there was a line-up trying to get space at the grocery store, so we ended up with December 1 - I think they have a different non-profit organization there everyday through the 24th!
This one is the youth group.
