Cricut Circle

Post by Helen on Thu Dec 01, 2011 11:57 am

I just got kicked off the Cricut Circle, this afternoon!!! I paid for a full year, so they're trying to figure out how to fix it so that I get a full year! Apparently I purchased my membership in the middle of a quarter and that through things off. They said it should be fixed in soon, until then I'm going to have withdrawals Sad

Sad how awful!

that is a pretty stupid error on their part! (ex-programmer speaking here)

You can't possibly be the only one - do they really expect everyone to start at the same date????

Good Luck

LOL, I think so! Someone was telling me seeing I started my membership while the quarter was half way through that I was out that money! Well no way was I going to listen to that...lol! I call PC and she said if I paid for a full year then I do get a full year.

Maybe that's how they do it now or maybe that's how they use to do, but either way when I signed up I paid for a full year, not per quarter! They did say they will make it up to me, so that makes me happy Smile But like you said it should not of happened!

I'm so glad I was able to work out some details with a member before I got kicked off! I posted over there too, about looking for a good deal on a distressing machine and she said she had one that she's only used a couple times that she would sell to me............15.00 buck plus shipping! I couldn't pass that up! I can't wait to get it!!!

Terrific on the deal Smile

Yeah - the whole Provo craft thing. I hear from people who complain about CS all the time. My experience has been good - yes, it is a long time to wait, but they were able to help me and another time replaced some mats that warped when they were used.

I did have to call them back, though, as when they sent new mats, they sent me ones for the expression and I had the baby bug. They took care of it and donated the mats to Girl Scouts (they didn't care who, but one of the leaders had an expression).

Patience is definitely needed when dealing with them.

I still have one Cricut Circle viewing area, the Rewards area for CC members! How pitiful is that....lol!

The free shipping and 10% off of cricut.com was the first to go, then the CC blog and today the the CC message board.......they're slowly phasing me out Sad
