where to shop for copics

Where have you found the best deals on copic markers? My DD is interested in them for artist drawing. I found them at a local independent office supply store that has a HUGE art department (very litle scrap stuff though) Copics are 7 and some change, but you can get an artist's discount of 33%. Is that a good deal? Has anyone seen any sets anywhere?

this site has a 12 set for 57, but not sure if those are the colors you want.

Joann Fabrics has them as sets online and when you use a coupon the price is reasonable
