I just did for the first time on the grunge tag swap.
No idea if I used it right or not. Results were fine, but I still am trying to figure out exactly how it is to be used. You can also just used watered down re-inkers for the same effect, i think? At least, that is my plan to try.

I've used them on vellum to make flowers ... they spread better than re-inkers (ok to be fair I use the reinkers by putting a drop on the paper then spraying with water ... I imagine mixing them together first would be better
)

Love it - yes, they do work a bit better if you have a spray bottle to mix them into
