i joined the paper crafters library. it is so worth the money. i am making a hot air balloon card right noiw. that goes uip and down with a candy bubble. will post when done

you really can't tell but the air balloon goes up an down by pulling the ribbon on top.

that is really cute - is that one of those plastic container things stampin up (or is it close to my heart) sells that already has the adhesive on them?

YOU CAN BUY THEM FROM STAMPIN UP, BUT I USED A BLISTER BUBBLE FROM SOME BRADS I GOT.WORKED PERFECT..DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR BLISTER BUBBLES NO MATTER WHAT SIZE OR SHAPE YOU CAN ALWAYS USE THEM FOR SHAKERS, REGULAR BALLOONS , SNOWMAN OR IN THIS CASE A HOT AIR BALLOON...POSSIBLIES ARE ENDLESS
