Changes coming - YES YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

I guess it is the pale background causing headaches, so I am altering the backgrounds a lot over today and this weekend. As long as the URL is right, you are in the right spot. The Star Trek items will alter (to a point - did I mention I am a bit of a trekkie?)

But the background needs to become darker. Not sure what colors will stay/go, but hopefully by Monday I will be done.

Please be patient while color experimentation continues.

love the cartoon - yes, right now they are there, but when changing, the red is a bit hard to take, so if I get it figured out right, it will become grey or blue or something

Melody - thanks. I am not 100% positive on the background just yet. And even though I like the icons, I don't know that I can tell the differences as vividly as I like.

Chances are, the black and grey will be staying (as will the new logo - Just got my t-shirt with the pic - love it!), but other items may change.

Halting on changes until later today - time to get my poor kitty his pain meds again.

Logo is cute! Dark background works. I know you are still working on it, but my one comment is that I do not notice much contrast in the new vs old posts icon color. KWIM? Thanks for working on all this Lucinda

Yes, I definitely agree - not much clarity. Doing some more color changing before I take another break. Then will give it a bit to see if the colors still look contrasty enough (is that a word?)

Still working with the whole sizing of icons thing. Gotta take a break for a bit.

Good luck, everyone and be sure to let me know of things that aren't showing right. I can't guarantee I know how to fix everything, but will keep on going. My goal is by Monday most changes will be set.

Its funny how much clearer the avatar pictures look on the dark grey background
