Sharpening Blades 2/11 - 2/18

This question has been on my mind for a while:
I was wondering if anyone has tried sharpening their dull Cricut blades? I'm not brave enough to try, to chicken something might happen to my machine.

Ooh - great topic

I have read of others doing this - maybe I will try with an old blade. I don't see how you could hurt your machine Question Question Mine is 2 years old and I am on my 2nd blade. It is about time to change it out - I think - it doesn't cut all types of paper correctly anymore.

I wonder what they used to sharpen? A stone?
